Monika Mielnik is an experienced executive Human Resources advisor. With over 15 years’ experience within Telecommunication and Financial industries. Monika has managed complex strategic within workplace mental health under the Bell Let’s Talk pillar, equity and inclusion, accessibility, global benefits, and recognition. Monika is passionate about driving optimal business outcomes by creating shared value a culture and environment and driving initiatives that create and sustain an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Monika uses her consulting expertise and leadership skills to build effective partnerships to influence, elevate and drive strategic planning and execution of employee centric programs with a focus on removing systemic barriers for equity deserving groups.
Amongst other certifications, Monika is a Project Management Professional, a Psychological Health Safety Advisor and completed her Executive MBA in Global Leadership from University of Fredericton. Monika also serves on the technical committee for the Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace standard (CAN/CSA-Z1003-13/BNQ 9700-803/2013).
