With a master’s degree in political science, Brittany has dedicated her career to understanding the enduring impacts of large-scale crises within communities. Her passion for this field emerged early on, evident in her involvement in local community planning projects and her international work supporting asylum seekers. Through these diverse experiences, Brittany has gained a deep appreciation for the importance of meaningful collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, especially those directly affected by challenges.
Currently, Brittany serves as the Senior Manager of Communications at MHRC, where her focus lies in knowledge sharing, accessibility, and storytelling. Prior to this role, she played a pivotal role in advancing MHRC’s National Polling project, overseeing the monitoring of Canadians' mental health. Brittany has since established herself as a leading expert in tracking mental health indicators, contributing extensively to the field through numerous published papers.
